if you aren’t pro adoption.
I’m praying on this concept right now.
If you have room in your prayer journal won’t you consider adding me?
I want to be within God’s will.
I want to make my life have meaning and direction.
I want to make a difference.
I want to be used for His purposes.
I am a mother.
He granted the deepest desires of my heart.
We have been blessed with four incredible children.
I have experienced what it is like to have a child grow within your womb.
I think I’m ready to experience what it is like to have one grow within your heart.
It isn’t the carrying of a child that makes you their mother.
I realized this after the birth of our precious twin boys.
I may not be able to do calculus or change the world.
But I can be a mother to a child who needs one.
If it is within His perfect will.

Oh we've struggled with this very thing ourselves and pray for His guidance for you and your family. I love your blog design, BTW. That Darcy is good!

I WILL add it to my prayers. I have experienced both joys—the joy of having a child grown inside me and the joy of having a child come into my heart.
I gave birth to 2 beautiful boys. Between them I had an ectopic pregnancy. After my 2nd son I had another ectopic. We always knew we wanted to adopted but figured when we got older.
However, we felt the time was right after many years of not being able to get pregnant again.
When the boys were 10 and 5 we were blessed to get a 3 1/2 yr. old girl and her 2 yr. old brother. We had such a great experience that 3 years later we got a 6 month old girl.
Then guess what happened…..after 10 years of not being able to get pregnant to our surprise I did!!! We couldn't believe it! He is now 2 months old.
Looking back, I can see God's hand through it all. Adoption is a beautiful thing. I highly recommend it.

I think it is an admirable and noble thing to adopt a child. Good luck in your quest! You'll be in my prayers.

I'm on the same journey, maybe a little further. We're finishing up our paperwork to send to the lawyer in Uganda. Will be praying for you.

I will be praying for you!
We have talked adoption for years… then about trusting God with our family size and trying for more children after a reversal.
God's will is a good place to be… even if it takes us a while to see what that is.
Love you,
Marsha
