This Sherbert Punch Recipe has become a family birthday tradition. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Ingredients
2 Quarts Rainbow Sherbert (softened)
64 oz Fruit Punch
2 Liters of Lime Soda, Ginger-Ale OR Sprite (based upon preference)
3 cups Pineapple chunks
2 Bananas
1 Pint hulled strawberries; sliced in half
Directions
Prepare pineapple chucks, bananas and strawberries and freeze (at least 2 hours)
Prior to serving put frozen fruit into bottom of large punch bowl
Add fruit punch to bowl
Scoop sherbert on top of fruit/punch mixture
Slowly pour 2 liters on top of soda on top of mixture, the sherbert will begin to foam
Mix gently with a spoon before serving
