I always wanted to be a mother and there was a period of time I wasn’t sure it was ever going to happen…but thankfully, it did.
As much as I would love to have more children I have a feeling this is my last baby…and I’m treasuring every moment with this little lamb. It’s really something, because have I mentioned that I’m not really a baby person?
As exhausting as toddlers can be I really feel that I begin to hit my stride as a mother when the baby stage is over. But this one might change me.

But how do you know?
What I’ve learned after 10 years of Motherhood
Little Hoot and Little Oink…we love you!

The best laid plans…
I ADORE this picture Moma!!
She is such a cutie pie!!
How are you all doing these days?
She is precious!
I’m the same way as you. I’m not a baby person. And, although, I was a teacher I’m not really a kid outside of school person. I LOVED teaching and ADORED my students.
But, I wouldn’t trade being a mom for anything!!
What a beauty! Look at that hair. And I only like well-behaved kids too. Maybe we can start a support group:)
Me too!
You are so funny Karin! I’m actually not a baby person either.. but I cherished every moment with my babies and would love to have more. I also prefer well-behaved children… that’s why my siblings used to think I hated children when I was younger. Ummm… it’s just b/c there weren’t any well-behaved ones around! Now I get to pick and choose my friends and surrounding- although the kids aren’t perfect (neither am I!), they are loving, obedient (most of the time) and joyful! So effort goes a long way in my book!
