I’m heading off this morning on another Mini Sabbatical. Each year the sweet Road Warrior sends me away alone for a 7-10 days for a little Rest, Relaxation, Reading and Soul Searching. I cannot tell you how much I look forward to this each year and one of things I will be pondering this mini sabbatical is how to do it more often and how to incorporate stillness in my everyday life at home. Do you have any suggestions? I’m all ears.
