Friday Links: The Sick in Bed Edition

Everyone in my house has been sick. From the 5 little people to the 2 Big people. That isn’t good. You might actually want to spray yourself with Lysol after reading this post. Seriously.

What I watched on my iPad:

Friends with Kids was the perfect sick in bed movie. It has a great cast and the story line, although somewhat predictable, was entertaining enough to keep my mind off of coughing…and if you snooze for part of it, you won’t be totally lost.

I like documentaries and Hot Coffee didn’t disappoint. In fact, it sort of shamed me because who hasn’t talked with their friends about the woman who won 2.5 Million dollars from McDonald’s because she spilt hot coffee on herself? Well, there is more to that lawsuit (and others).

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn is one of those books that you cannot put down after 3 chapters. It’s impossible to talk about the book without giving something away so I will just say, read it. And you won’t believe it….and buy it now.
