Beverly Hills revisted

I wanted to make sure that I tried it out for lunch and dinner while in town because it looks like such a beautiful restaurant and ambiance is everything, isn’t it?

As a joke I promised my friend that if I saw Lisa I would get a picture with her.  Via twitter Lisa was kind enough to make a recommendation of where to get a manicure when I was in Beverly Hills.  Gotta love social media.

Berta did a great job on my manicure. She was quick and quite a character! I would recommend a manicure/pedicure there if you  just want something quick and good. Its not a nail spa experience but if you are results oriented, you cannot beat it.

I used to live in LA and it has fond memories for me.  I wouldn’t trade my life with my family for anything, but I have to admit that its fun to go to LA once a year, see friends and play dress up.

The highlight of my trip was definitely my visit to Carina’s Skin Care.  You have not had a facial until you get one from Carina, that’s all I have to say about that! 

My absolutely favorite hotel to stay at while visiting is the Beverly Hills Hotel and its not just because of the Polo Lounge and their famous Chocolate Souffles!
